North Star 2025: The “Reaching for Breakthroughs” Journey at Xuan Thanh Beach, Ha Tinh

In the vibrant spirit of August, a month filled with the historical flow of the nation, North Star Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company successfully organized the Hanoi – Xuan Thanh Beach (Ha Tinh) tour from August 22 to 24, 2025. The program was carried out in cooperation with Vietravel, offering a high-class resort experience at the 5-star Muong Thanh Hotel, Xuan Thanh, along with a variety of meaningful activities for all staff members. The highlight was the overarching theme “Reaching for Breakthroughs” – a spirit affirming North Star’s strong aspiration for development in a new era.

The three days of experience at Xuan Thanh Beach, Ha Tinh, in the gentle weather became an opportunity for more than one hundred members of the North Star family to enjoy relaxing moments together, bonding, and sharing. The trip was not just a simple vacation but also a journey of connection – a spiritual anchor marked by many group activities, from sports - football to team-building games, bringing laughter and strengthening camaraderie.

A key highlight was the Gala Dinner themed “Reaching for Breakthroughs”. The program was staged as a carefully choreographed art performance, featuring professional singers, modern dance groups, a live band with top-tier sound and lighting, as well as unique internal performances by North Star staff themselves. All of this created an explosive emotional experience for hundreds of “North Star People”.

In a warm and cheerful atmosphere, a representative of the Company’s Trade Union delivered a speech, expressing pride in Sao Bac’s dynamic and united workforce. A representative of the Company’s leadership also shared heartfelt words about solidarity - pride in the company’s long-standing development journey, reaffirming the orientation of “innovation – development – shaping the future” that North Star is pursuing. With culture elevated, toasts raised, and bright smiles, the Gala night was a vivid testament to the unity and aspiration of all employees to reach further. The atmosphere touched every emotion of “Comrades – Companions – Fellows,” while fueling the burning desire for North Star to “Reach for Breakthroughs” with confidence.

Alongside relaxation and bonding activities, on the morning of August 24, 2025, the North Star group offered incense at the Ong Hoang Muoi Temple – one of Vietnam’s famous spiritual destinations. This activity carried sacred significance, expressing gratitude, honoring cultural roots, and conveying wishes of peace, luck, and success to all staff and their families.

The Xuan Thanh - Ha Tinh 2025 trip was not only a well-deserved reward for the collective efforts of North Star but also a strong affirmation of the spirit “Reaching for Breakthroughs” – daring to innovate, daring to conquer challenges, and being ready to create sustainable values for customers, partners, and the community.
