“POWER ON” 3000KVA Substation - Fuji Xerox Vietnam Factory
On 12 Jul 2013, North Star., Shimizu Corp. in cooperation with Hai Phong Power Company organized energizzation of the 3000kva substation to supply power to Fuji Xerox Vietnam factory at VSIP - Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park, Hai Phong Province.
The above work is part of the construction project of Fuji Xerox Factory in Vietnam.
This is project to shift production of equipment and components for printers, using light-emitting diode (LED) technology and exporting photocopiers.
According to the schedule, the project was completed in August 2013 and put into operation in November 2013.
In the first phase, the factory employs about 500 workers and produces 2 million products per year.
This is the first factory of Fuji Xerox Group in Vietnam and the 6th FDI project in VSIP Hai Phong.
