1. Introduction of Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015
NORTHSTAR.,JSC always has a full awareness of the importance of managing all activities according to a professional process. It is the reason for “North Star” to apply the ISO 9000 Quality Management System with versions ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 right from the first years of operation. Over a decade of development, the Quality Management System according to ISO 9000 international standard has always been applied, updated, maintained, and improved continuously for procedures to guarantee effectiveness of the system as well as regular evaluation and upgrade of new ISO versions have been carried out.
The Quality Management System of “North Star” is built based on the following principles: Customer-oriented; Leadership; Involvement of People, Process Approach; Improvement; Evidence-based decision-making and relationship management.
Core value in the quality management system of “North Star” is formed through a guaranteed process approach: Understanding and consistency in satisfaction of requirements; Consideration of processes in terms of value added; Effective completion of process; Improvement of processes on the basis of data and information assessment.
The fundamental for the quality management system of “North Star” is established, maintained and operated through “Risk-based thinking”. “North Star” has planned and had actions based on its context to handle risks and opportunities, thereby forming a basis for improving effectiveness of the system, achieving improved performance and preventing negative impacts.
