1 General Requirements for the position:
- University degree specialized MECHANICAL - ELECTRICAL regular system.
- Withstands high work pressure.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to work in the project and work overtime when required.
- Fluency in Autocad and specialized IT applications.
- Reading, fluent translation of specialized documents and communicate in English with foreigners directly in the project.
- Ability to establish progress, work plans to implement specific projects as assigned.
- Ability to extract the amount of supplies and tabulated project bidding prices.
- Ability to carry out external work, document management system, profile project handover
- (Priority is given to people who have experience working in the project of Japan, Malaysia, South Korea and the countries of the EU).

3 Specific requirements for each position:
3.1 - SITE MANAGER:
- Minimum of 05 years experience (minimum requirement 02 to 03 years of experience working in a similar position or have minimal independent managing 02 projects Electrical Engineering).
- Support project management assignments for engineers subordinates.
- To be responsible for tracking, timesheets signed by the entire workforce of the project.
- Making progress weekly and monthly project monitoring and reporting for project management.
- To report to his superiors informed of the situation at a time.
- Implement off-site work under the direction of project management.
- Monitoring and management of the project workforce. Report on the necessary level of adjustment.
- Organize and participate in daily meetings with the Engineer and Team Leader announced plans to work.
- Materials management at the site, as required dissection and construction supplies.
- Management & Safety division protection plans for the protection and safety measures.
- Manage the corporate form, guide their subordinates.
- Mastering the technical expertise of the work items in the project.
- Proficiency standards domestically and internationally applied to the project.
- Know how to calculate the choice of materials and equipment for the project.
- Get detailed drawings of the work items, construction guidelines.
- Implementation of internal acceptance report.
- To be responsible for inviting the relevant units in taking over the job categories.
- Implementing ISO 9001-2000 process according to the expression form of the Company.
- Implementation of the completion and handover profile.
- To be responsible to the Chairman of the project on their work.
3.2 - PROJECT ENGINEER:
- Minimum of 03 years experience. (Requires at least 03 years of experience working in the project M & E).
- Enthusiastic, hard to work and strive to learn in the management as well as professional.
- Ability to implement construction drawings (drawings Shop) and extract the amount of supplies.
- Prepare the required materials in time and on schedule.
- Direct management of technical, safety, quality and standards, and have the responsibility to guide the construction workers directly the technical problems at the site.
- Preparation of technical reports, construction methods, the handling of the records and forms related to the quality of installation during construction.
- Proficiency standards domestically and internationally applied to the project.
- Know how to calculate the choice of materials and equipment for the project.
- Implementation of internal acceptance report.
- Implementation of the completion and handover profile.
- To be responsible to the commander of the work we do.
3.3 - SAFETY SUPERVISOR:
- Implement and monitor the implementation of compliance with the rules and procedures of safety and environmental protection FPF-construction units at the site.
- Deploy, guidance and coaching staff and workers at the site to comply with the rules, procedures and guidelines of quality management system-MT-AT & SKNN of the Company.
- Adjust and overcome the problems related to work safety by the relevant units required.
- Estimation and monitor the timely issue of Labour protective equipment at the site.
- Monitoring and safety inspections of construction machinery on the construction site.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address and propose measures to handle the situation or take measures to prevent accidents in construction.
- Building regulations and rules, the Health and Safety management principles and sanitation for people, machines, equipment, instruments constructed according to the standards and regulations of the state.
- Develop implementation plan and training on labor protection, the construction of indicators of safety and sanitation workers.
- Compiling the documentation work safety and occupational safety and health.
- And other related tasks as assigned and superiors.
* Condition:
- Graduated University / College majors labor protection.
- Experience: 2 years experience as a Safety Management in the Civil, industrial safety and has managed at least 2 projects.
- Experience in working with the relevant authorities about safety at the school.
* Knowledge and skills:
- Understand and manipulative texts caked law on labor protection; documents prescribed standards and regulations on safety engineering.
