NORTH STAR ACHIEVED ISO 9001:2015 RECERTIFICATION FOR THE CYCLE OF 2024 - 2026

The quality management system according to international standards ISO 9001:2015 is the guiding principle for operations for most enterprises worldwide in general, and in Vietnam in particular. At North Star, the quality management system that has been established, operated, tested and continuously improved since 2009, through 5 cycles and 2 versions (ISO 9001:2018, ISO 9001:2015) has brought great benefits in corporate quality management.

On December 27, 2028, North Star was honored to achieve “ISO 9001:2015 recertification” - an international standard for quality management for the cycle of 2024 - 2026 which was proof of North Star's commitment to providing top-quality products and services to customers and stakeholders as well as the company’s internal system.

The achievement of ISO 9001:2015 recertification for the cycle of 2024 - 2026 recognizes the efforts of the entire management and staff from offices and projects from building systems and ensuring compliance with international standards; determining the company’s context; leadership through leaders' commitments, establishing and implementing quality policies, clearly defining roles, responsibilities and rights; planning actions to address risks and capture opportunities, establishing quality goals, managing changes; mobilizing resources, improving capabilities and awareness, promoting coordination and exchange of information, and establishing documented information systems; operating system through operational planning & control, determining product and service requirements, managing products & services from outside, implementing production & service supply, controlling inappropriate output; to evaluating performance through monitoring, measurement & assessment, internal evaluation, and leadership review; and continuous improvement.
