“North Star” attends to the groundbreaking ceremony of Mascot – Hai Duong Project

Mascot International A/S Denmark is a famous brand in the textile industry in Europe in particular and the world in general, Mascot’s factories are present all over the world, and Vietnam is not an exception. In 2008, Mascot Vietnam officially inaugurated a garment factory and bonded warehouse in Linh Truong Industrial Park, Hai Duong. By 2022, Mascot continues to further invest in production and business lines with the project of “Extended Mascot Vietnam factory” at Lot CN 3.1 in Linh Truong Industrial Park, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province, of which North Star was officially selected as the M&E contractor for the whole project.

In early November 2022, the Investor held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project “Extended Mascot Vietnam Factory” with the attendance of the investor of Mascot Vietnam Co., Ltd., Haskoning international consultant, AAC general contractor, and “North Star” - M&E contractor”.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, the investor assigned tasks to the consultant, general contractor and M&E contractor to ensure the schedule, quality, and safety of the project. The participants performed a solemn ground-breaking ceremony.

The project “Extended Mascot Vietnam Factory” is the second consecutive project marking the cooperation between Haskoning International Consultants - the General Contractor of AAC and North Star. Winning the bid and attending the groundbreaking ceremony was also a special event in the month of the 18^th anniversary of the establishment of North Star Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company. The participation in the role of an M&E contractor to implement projects according to European standards has demonstrated North Star’s capacity to take on projects demanding very high standards in the international markets.

After the groundbreaking ceremony, the leadership also sent a congratulatory letter to North Star’s project management committee and also conveyed its belief in the project quality as a long-term culture throughout the Company’s operation. Also, the project management committee is also committed to meeting the requirements of construction and installation standards, striving for the success of the project, and finishing earlier than expected.
