“North Star” carries out the implementation of Sonasea Van Don - Quang Ninh Project

Sonasea Van Don Harbor City is a 5-star luxury tourism-resort complex located in Ha Long commune, Van Don district, Quang Ninh province. This is the largest tourism real estate project in Van Don special area under the ownership of Vietnam’s leading real estate group CEO.

In mid-October 2022, North Star was officially selected as the M&E contractor for Common Tunnel - Walking Street Landscape and Technical Infrastructure under the scope of LK-1, and LK-2. By the end of the middle of November 2022, after completing the temporary work items for construction, North Star has started to deploy the first items of the project.

Sonasea Van Don is the first project that North Star has cooperated with Van Don Tourism Development and Investment Joint Stock Company under the CEO Group, so the company leadership has directly appointed the Project Steering Committee with the most experienced and professional engineers to take on the management and implementation of the project. After being appointed as the Project Steering Committee, the engineers together analyzed the context and conditions of the project and its stakeholders - identified the quality and safety risks in the course of construction, and applied the quality management systems according to the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 and the occupational health and safety management system ISO 45001:2018, as well as gave a commitment to completing the project quality requirements on schedule without occupational accidents.

With many years of experience in projects with various standard systems such as G7, G20, EU, US... North Star is confident to complete the project as committed by the Project Steering Committee. Winning the bid and implementing the project in the time of action month for the 18th anniversary has a very significant meaning to the project in general and the project management committee in particular, contributing to the overall development of the tourism industry and area.
