North Star Has Organized and Implemented the MEPF Work for the Concordia International School Hanoi Project

On 25^th June, 2024, North Star officially commenced and organized the implementation of MEPF work for the Concordia International School Hanoi project. This is a significant step in the construction and completion of a world-class school, promising to provide the best learning and teaching environment for students.

The Concordia International School Hanoi project is a significant investment aimed at developing a modern educational facility that meets international standards. Concordia School Project Perspective

Looking back at the history, North Star previously provided and installed the entire MEPF system for Phase 2 of the Project, which was completed in 2019. After five years since the handover of Phase 2, in 2024, the investor decided to expand the project’s functionality by completing the entire fifth floor of the Project, covering a total area of .... m². North Star has been entrusted with this task.

The MEPF system at Concordia International School Hanoi includes several critical items such as air conditioning system, plumbing system, electrical system, and fire protection system. Each item is meticulously designed and installed to ensure full compliance with safety and efficiency standards, particularly the LEED standards – the global green building standards.
