North Star organizes a travel and resort tour for staff, and employees in 2022 at Co To island, Quang Ninh province

Sightseeing and resort activities are an annual activity of North Star in order to refresh the labor force, and improve the spirit of collective solidarity after hard working days under much pressure to serve the requirements of customers. At the same time, this is an opportunity to promote the integration of new employees and children of employees’ families as well as stimulate domestic tourism demand after the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Trade Union of the Company completed the organization of a travel and resort tour for staff, and employees at Co To Island, Quang Ninh at the end of June 2022.

During this tour, everybody experienced the feeling of “Seasick” through the journey by speedboat from Van Don wharf to Co To port to visit Uncle Ho’s Monument in Island District and specially set foot on the most beautiful blue beaches with white sand in the North.

The most exciting moment that everybody experienced is together participating in the Teambuilding program at the dawn of the 2^nd day at sea. In the teambuilding program. All members of the tourist group have overcome the challenge of “Fitness” as well as demonstrated “Intelligence” and “Solidarity” to bring “Laughter” on the white sand of Co To Island where nature merges into one and is also the national outpost.

The most impressive moment is gathering together at the “Gala dinner” program where each person’s emotions are sublimated through songs and singing in the breath of the sea.

Co To is full of drunkenness and charm

The trip had a happy ending with memorable moments for all staff, employees, and their family members. After the trip, everyone felt the attention of the company’s leadership. All members of North Star showed their radiance and excitement, which is a great motivation for North Star teams to make more efforts and strive to fulfill the assigned task well.
