"5-Star Nikko hotel and Chuo luxury apartment" project belongs to the project complex in urban along the banks of Lach Tray river, in Vinh Niem ward (Le Chan), invested by Chuo Vietnam Co., Ltd., with an area of 25.78ha. The structure consists of two blocks arranged in a V shape, 21 floors above and 01 basement. The main functional block includes: a luxury hotel with 270 rooms and a long-stay hotel with 182 rooms connected by a 3-storey podium with the function of space of public service and other utilities.
