Sao Bac has organized the Internal Acceptance of the M&E System of the Dwight International School project

Internal acceptance is a pre-planned activity in the quality management plan for each project. At Sao Bac, the internal acceptance represents an important milestone in controlling all products and services on the site after period of entering into progress and at the same time, to prepare for period of taking T&C and handover.

At the end of days of May 2024, the company's Board of Directors and the Internal Control Board organized the internal acceptance of the scope of "Supply and installation of M&E system" at the Dwight International School project.

The internal acceptance program was carefully prepared, including representatives from the Internal Control Board, Project Division, Design Department, Construction site steering board, engineers in charge, quality Department, and safety Department, representatives of subcontractors and construction teams.

After disseminating the internal acceptance program, the acceptance team conducted an inspection of all technical systems in the project through checking quality records, safety records and paying special attention to inspect the site of equipment installation areas such as from the basement to the roof floor, technical rooms….. in order to ensure the review and inspection of all construction items, materials - equipment, pipes, racks... and at the same time the team checked the work to ensure labor safety and hygiene at the construction site.

After a working day, the inspection team held a meeting to summarize the internal acceptance work. Result:

+ Regarding the quality records of the project, they have met requirements on quality records with requirements from project management consultants and requirements for the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system; Regarding safety records, the project has met the requirements for safety records according to international standards ISO 45001:2018.

+ Regarding the installation of technical systems on the construction site: The project has completed the installation of 95% of the construction volume, materials installed are correct in design standards, some installation locations still need to be completed, at the same time the acceptance team also pointed out more than 20 installation errors that need to be adjusted  to complete and made recommendations for repair and deadline for repair to ensure quality and construction progress.

+ Regarding the preservation of materials and equipment after installation on the construction site: The project meets the task of preserving materials and equipment well after installation, all materials are covered with dust protection and warnings for anti-collision in areas where they interfere with other contractors.

+ Regarding progress management: The project has met the requirements for detailed M&E progress as well as the overall progress of the entire project.

+ Regarding labor safety: The project has completed labor safety very well, while maintaining the goals of "No labor accidents on the construction site" and "More than 1 million safe working hours”.

Throughout the internal acceptance process, the company's Board of Directors highly appreciated the science in the quality and safety management processes of the Construction site steering board, as well as appreciated the efforts of all technical staffs and workers in ensuring maintenance of numbers, time, and sense of responsibility at work to bring the best products and services to customers and safety for each person. In addition to the Board of Directors' appreciation, the Construction site steering board also shared the determination to complete 100% of the work items, to prepare T&C, MOC acceptance, acceptance on the EDGE green certificate and hand over the project and put it to use.
