SOLUBLE COFFEE PROJECT – STRONG MOVE INTO PROGRESS

Factory Producing Marubeni Instant Coffee in Vietnam - Soluble Coffee is a big investment project of Marubeni Group from Japan with the representative in Vietnam is Iguacu Vietnam Co., Ltd., built in Phu My industrial park. 3 – Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

Soluble Coffee Project

This is a key project of “Northstar” in 2021 with the scope of work: "Supplying and installing technological pipes, medium-voltage electrical systems, supplying power to equipment and controlling chain systems".

Started at the end of December 2020, experiencing the Lunar New Year holiday and the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, so far, “Northstar” has completed more than 50% of the project's workload, and at the same time ensured Safety, quality, customer progress.

Some items under construction

On 31.03.2021 “Northstar” completed the work of bringing the transformer, chiller… and the system of heavy equipment imported into the safe connection position. The above event marked the time of North Star's "Operation speed up - on schedule" with a fiery spirit.

Bringing the machine to the construction site

On April 17, 2021, “Northstar” completed the safe "power on" of MSB1 station. According to the plan, in the middle of June 2021, the project will complete the power stacking of the remaining stations.

Currently, “Northstar” has mobilized hundreds of Workers and Engineers and machinery and equipment to focus on executing the remaining items to ensure the completion of the project schedule.

The project management board, engineers and workers have always performed well and met the requirements of occupational safety according to international standards of the ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system and ensured Quality assurance - aesthetics of each product according to international standards of quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 and the Investor. Project Safety and Quality control is always implemented and organized regularly at the project.

Brothers and sisters, engineers and workers unanimously chanted the slogan of safety - quality - progress, all like a bustling song on the construction site in hot days.
