SUMMARY OF SAFETY PARTOL - QUALITY OF QUARTER 2/2021 SOLUBLE COFFEE PROJECT

The key project Soluble Coffee is entering the progress phase, this is also the period when the inspection, monitoring and reporting on Safety - Quality is promoted most highly.

The site management board has developed and applied a safety-quality plan of the project, with the goal of periodically performing Safety-Quality Patrol once a week, synthesizing the report on assessment every quarter for the Work Management Board, head of departments to grasp the reality of the problems at the construction site, and at the same time, the safety patrol to ensure the compliance with the standards of the health and safety management system. ISO 4500:2018 professional and quality management system ISO 9001:2015.

At the end of the patrol, the Site Management Board held a meeting to agree on the contents that were achieved and the need to be overcome, as well as assign the progress to overcome the shortcomings in the project.

Summarizing the 2nd quarter, the Site Command has carried out 12 QHSE patrols, the project has met the set targets, there are no major issues that need to be remedied, and the small ones need to be fixed or recommendations were made and returned photos within the day.
